January brought everyone at the school all together for dinner and some entertainment.
January 10, 2008---Pocatello
On January 10, 2008, parents, students, and teachers came together at the Franciscan Cre-Act school for an evening of shared company, good food and some great entertainment. Everyone had a great time at the yearly event that brings all those involved with the school together.
Many different dishes were brought leaving everyone content and ready for some great entertainment. All of the students from Pre-school on up participated in the great entertainment. There was a Reader Theater put on by the Second, Third and Fourth Graders and Margo Clayson, Preschool teacher and school music teacher led the children through some energetic dancing, singing and playing recorders.
Creative drama is the primary artistic medium and reference for the way Cre-Act students learn. Students are encouraged to develop their individual interests and skills, yet are required to engage in them in a group context, just as the actor’s unique expressiveness must serve the performance as a whole.
